I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with the ski bus stop just a short walk away, making it convenient to access the nearby ski resorts. The staff at this place were amazing, going above and beyond to fulfill all my needs during my stay. The service was top-notch, with the housekeeping team keeping the rooms impeccably clean. The hotel also had a variety of amenities, including a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The sun terrace was a great place to relax and soak up the stunning mountain views. the level of comfort and quality of service at this hotel were truly exceptional.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the beautiful mountains, with easy access to the ski bus stop for skiing and snowboarding. the room was spacious with a lovely balcony and nice view of the surroundings. the staff were friendly and efficient, and the sauna and indoor pool were nice facilities for relaxation. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from.
There were some language barriers with the staff, making communication difficult at times.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Cleanliness was top-notch, the hotel facilities were great, and parking was easy. We had no trouble getting to the ski bus stop and the location was perfect for skiing. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

Excellent service, particularly in the dining experience. Impressive swimming pool and sauna facilities. Convenient location for skiing in Serfaus. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and stylish bar area. Well-equipped ski boot room with heaters. Quiet location with nearby restaurants and easy access to neighboring villages. Free upgrade to a spacious bridal suite with own sauna

We had a wonderful time at this hotel during our ski trip. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety of food, including freshly made eggs. The sauna and pool were perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The convenient location near the ski bus stop made transportation easy.
While the staff was efficient, their limited English made communication difficult at times. , the dinner menu was a bit limited and only available in German.

I spent a lovely Easter holiday in the mountains. the hotel had a great pool and sauna area that was a perfect way to relax after hiking in the beautiful surroundings. the breakfast choices were ample, especially the varieties of fruits and yoghurts which I enjoyed. the location of the hotel was great; there were ski buses available just a few steps away from the hotel to take you to multiple ski resorts nearby. there were some walking tracks with amazing views just a short distance from the hotel.
The hotel was not very hospitable towards disabled guests and I came to know about this from a fellow guest. It would be great if the hotel could invest more in facilities for disabled guests and provide more support in the matter.
